1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Fillzz you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the application and related services immediately.
2. Description of Service
Fillzz is a mobile application for fuel price comparison, alerts and planning refuelling stops. The service describes aggregating data from official sources, station operators and community updates.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Fillzz safely and refrain from interacting with the app while driving
- Ensure any price information or station details you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the service
4. Data Usage and Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Fillzz Privacy Policy, including location, account information and community submissions. Read the policy to understand the information concerned and your rights.
5. Accuracy and Disclaimers
Fillzz provides an information service and refreshes data every 10 minutes. Its availability and freshness depend on the information supplied by data providers. We do not:
- Guarantee the availability or accuracy of fuel prices at the time of your visit
- Set fuel prices or operate the stations listed in the app
- Guarantee coverage across every station or country
6. Pricing & Subscriptions
Fillzz offers in-app purchases. Check the features, prices and billing terms displayed in your app or store before confirming a purchase. Offers may vary by platform and territory.
7. Community Contributions
When you submit price updates, photos, or station details, you grant Fillzz a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content within the service. We may moderate or remove submissions at our discretion.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Fillzz for behaviour that violates these terms, harms other users, or disrupts the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@fillzz.com or using in-app deletion tools when available.
