Set up alerts for your fuel stops.

Set up Fillzz Premium alerts: smart notifications, fuel availability and Fuel Radar. Check permissions, settings and troubleshooting steps.

1. Check your Fillzz Premium account

Smart notifications, Fuel Radar and availability alerts are included in Fillzz Premium. Sign in to the account with the subscription. If the app asks you to subscribe when you already have access, check your account and try restoring purchases before contacting support.

2. Choose what to follow

Smart notifications support fuel tracking with prices, shortages and reminders. For a station availability alert, open its details, select the fuels to follow and confirm your choice. Check that these fuels match the vehicle you use.

3. Allow notifications to appear

Enable Fillzz notifications in your phone settings, then review the permissions requested in the app. The smart notifications screen checks location and notification permissions. Active Premium access does not replace these permissions: your phone must allow Fillzz to display alerts.

4. Set up Fuel Radar separately

Fuel Radar has its own activation button. It requires background location permission to work as you travel. If that permission is missing, the app asks you to configure it. You can disable Fuel Radar from its screen; switching it off and changing notification settings are separate actions.

5. Understand alert timing

Fillzz refreshes data every 10 minutes. Its availability and freshness depend on the information supplied by data providers. This does not mean a notification is sent every 10 minutes. An alert needs information relevant to its purpose. A provider may not have supplied a change for the station or fuel you follow.

6. If no notification arrives

Check your Premium account, followed fuels, permissions and then Fuel Radar activation if you use it. If the issue continues, contact support with your phone model, operating system and Fillzz versions, the station concerned and when you expected an alert.
